The airport transit area, as a space between national borders, can be interpreted as a heterotopia place without political features. This project was inspired by Sir, Alfred Mehran, who had been stranded at the airport transit area for 18 years due to invalid political identities.
 
This project addressed the loss, connections, and empathy between the private and public, political identity and space, and territory and borders.

The video installation is displayed in different areas, indoors and outdoors. The queue control poles and belts recreate a "heterotopia zone”.
